A long overdue visit to BeautyAs, did not disappoint. From the moment i walked through the door I received a warm welcome and lovely smiles. My facial and head massage was incredible. Such an amazing experience! The team are fantastic, so welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about all things beauty! I've had bio-sculpture nails here for the past three years, facials, massages, eyelash tint, eyebrow shape and most recently an eyelash lift - worth every penny! They are also the only place I trust to give me a perfect spray tan every single time - I cannot recommend this salon highly enough, I'll never go anywhere else!

Always have my car cleaned here. The boys are fast and efficient. Don't think I'd take my car anywhere else. Although they could be doing with a little facelift inside the waiting area, not at all pleasant.

This place can get very busy. I went at 16.00 and got the gold service package. The car was washed driedpolished and vacuumed in about 20 minutes. A little pricy but worth it.

Myself and my family have been buying cars from these guys for years. They are a nice, honest family and their after service is incredible. There is nothing they wouldn't do. I'm always happy to give them my money when I'm after another car 👍

Not the most forthcoming staff, but there is never much of a queue for petrol and the station itself is relitavly clean. If it wasn't so close to my house I probably wouldn't go out of my way to get my fuel here. There is a subway inside which is very handy if I leave for an early job for a coffee and a breakfast. There is also a carwash and a jetwash here

Great petrol station with convenience store which is stocked with most day to day items. Fuel is more often than not the cheapest in the area so can get very busy. Pay at pump available. Staff are lovely.

Sells petrol and alcohol, 24 hours a day no less. Not a traditional combination but useful to know about in a pinch.

Open 24 hours which can be helpful. A bit pricey on food etc, but guess this covers the 24 hour service.

The fast pay doesn't work but the shop is quite a good size and staff are polite and friendly.

Bought my bike from here. Great service from Mark who got me the bike I wanted with the added extras. Didn't rush me. Gave me lots of advice. Didn't let me set off without knowing the bike and checking my safety gear. Has already called to checkout how I'm getting along with the bike. Highly recommend!

I had my k1600 in for a 18000 mile service on 18/5/18 , which was running fine with no issues, After a day I was told there was a issue in bleeding the cooling system. Next day I was told by Chris I needed a new radiator at £700 which I declined. Next day I was told it was done but I might have problem when riding in traffic. A 1000 miles since service in traffic and very hot weather no problems. This is the third service I've had here with no problems in the past. They replaced my front wheel bearing as Good will. Just had the bike serviced and MOT'd while I waited. Well looked after by the team at Blade. Overall very pleased, a big thank you to all involved.

The service provided here is beyond good. Jim, Steve and Chris are both knowledgeable and helpful - a great combination. The workshop is clean and all the staff are customer facing. There is no better bike repair facility in Birmingham.

Got all my Son's secondary school uniform from here today. Staff were so helpful & friendly which made the whole experience a pleasure not a nightmare as I didn't know where to start. Wide variety in all sizes. Great quality at a good price. We were very impressed !!!

My niece purchased a helium balloon for our moms 90th birthday in August and it was still inflated 6 weeks later. It outdid another balloon purchased elsewhere by at least 4 weeks. Very pleased and will definately purchase one again.

A few friendly staff here though new American lady there is very rude & ignorant everytime I have visited the shop. Think she should go to a training centre to learn good customer skills. this has put me off going in there a lot

Took my old road bike in for a much needed overhaul and service alongside my son's BMX which needed some minor repairs and a service. I found the whole experience to be exceptional. Clearly a shop run by cycling enthusiasts with a wealth of knowledge and great customer service values. Turn around time for both was a day and a bit. the bit being down to me fitting in a suitable time to collect. Replacement parts were competitively priced and good quality considering what I needed for both bikes I was more than happy with the costs. Having had time to take my old bike out for a ride, it felt like it was brand new again. Not bad for a bike I've been using for 22 years. I can't recommend these guys enough so if you're looking for a local shop with great service Northfield Cycles are well worth a visit.

Great bunch of lads. I limped in with a loose crank arm, they fitted me a new one on the spot, didn't charge me for fitting and parts was as cheap as chips. Thanks lads for getting me home. I will visit again just to say hello.

I poped into Sarah Kellys Flower room to get my Mum some Flowers. The carpark on the front was easy to get in and out. The customer service was excelent and Laura who served me was really warm and helpfull. They are still going now 2 weeks later. I shall be back soon.

A slim store on the new Longbridge town site. It's well stocked, but the staff are too interested in themselves and it felt like it was a chore to serve as I was breaking their vital conversation about the weekend

We ordered their Deluxe TQ Lawn Turf online and received email confirmation the same evening. A follow-up phone call from them the next day to confirm delivery date required, and a call from the driver when he was on the way - top class personal service. The turf was freshly cut and exactly as described, and is doing well despite the fact we (accidently) chose the hottest day this month to lay it. I found the company on the web, am delighted I did, and we will definitely use them in future.

Good prices plants - but limited range & quantities

Saw the poor ratings for this company and was a bit dubious as to use them or not but they were the only place I could find selling a particular style of wall art I wanted for my mother's birthday, so decided to anyway. I've no complaints at all - Ok Yes, there is no tracking system or dispatch confirmation however the order went through smoothly and I received the item just a few days later. It was well packaged so all in all a 5 star experience for me :)

Gemini by name gem by nature. A rare find,old school guy who knows what hes doing. And you know what, his prices for watch repairs and even fitting batteries are SO reasonable.Refreshing change from the chain store shoe repairers that in my view offer this service and charge twice the price of a run of the mill watch just to change a battery. I havent bought any precious gems or jewellery from them,but would definatly trust them to do an honest deal. He also did some repairs for me more or less straight away! TOP DRAWER

I went to s&j northfield to obtain an estimate for a repair to my wife's engagement ring which was 27 years old.Not only was the estimate very fair,the whole staff were very polite and professional and my wife's ring was like brand new.all in all, a proper jewellers

The waiting time is very unfortunate . There were four or five staff available and I had been left waiting for nearly 30mins for service. To be fair to them it was a busy day and once I was seen they were friendly and helpful, really unfortunate about the wait. I think there are ways of working more efficiently that Warren James needs to investigate. I'm glad I didn't walk away, but I almost did...

Excellent customer service here today. Staff member asked if they could help, I was looking at a large item on a low shelf but the box was damaged. Without asking he offered to get down another one from a high shelf and carry it to the checkout. They then offered to carry it to the car. Very impressed with the service.

Very friendly owner. Good advice and great range of beer kits, yeasts, liquor flavourings, high quality wine and hops (including American & continental varieties). They have even gone the extra mile to get me specialist or bulk orders from their suppliers at prices you can't beat on the internet, not to mention the already good prices on supplies. How they could improve is having a wider range of grains on offer, as I'd rather buy here than online.

Cool little brew shop. I'm just starting on extract brewing, and looking forward to moving on to their range of grains. Most equipment prices are comparable or slightly cheaper than online. Good to support a local business. A catalogue, or stock/price list would be handy!
