I use to visit another dentist in the area, I decided to switch in search of better service. I have been very impressed with the quality of the practice. The dentist and hygienist take time to explain in detail and are happy to answer any questions you have. The receptionist is really helpful and provided a guided tour before my first appointment. I would recommend this dental practice to everyone.

We have used Hawkins Dental Practice for many years and have always found them to be as pleasant and helpful as possible. The quality of the work undertaken is as the highest possible level. My confidence in this team is such that I have in the past recommended my mother, cousin and even some work colleagues to use this practice when they were looking to change. This practice is an excellent choice.

Reception staff are very welcoming. My dentist is quick and efficient while still providing a high-quality service. I am Likely to recommend Midlands Smile Centres to my friends and family.

I've just left Hilltop Practice ,and I'm so impressed 10/10 thank you Mrs Morse and Lydia . I wouldn't go any where else . I had two fillings one of them was quite big I was a bit apprehensive but there was no need in fact when the fillings were being done I was that relaxed I nearly fell asleep So If u ever feel nervous going to the dentist don't worry these dentists are just amazing . Very good. Doctors always friendly and helpful, triage system means you can speak to a doctor by phone before booking. Online booking available. I love this practice.

I have been at the practice for many years and so have my family and we have had nothing but good care. The appointment system really works, I have never been unable to get an appointment or speak to a doctor, despite working shifts. I have had late appointments on the evening with them or their sister surgery which was good. I have always been referred to the specialist that I have needed. I have seen many of the doctors and nurses at the practice and have never had a problem, even seen trainee doctors and nurses (I know they are checked so never had a problem and they have been very robust when examining). No where is perfect mistakes will happen, and when it's related to your health that's never good, but when I compare it against some other people's GP surgeries, it's very good.

Having joined this practice 12 months ago they have been fantastic, always very accommodating all receptionists, nurses and doctors are very professional

We have been with Cornhill surgery for 6 years now... can’t speak highly enough of the Reception Desk Team and the doctors here! They always go above and beyond to help us with my sons medical needs and repeat prescriptions. I suspect some of these reviews on here are not verified patients?!

Easy to make an appointment. Phoned me personally to remind me about my appointment, not a machine or text. Lovely welcome into shop. Smiley, friendly staff. Optician Sanjay Patel extremely good. Keeps detailed notes and you feel he knows your case personally, even 2 years since the last visit. Thorough test, with attention to your particular needs, such as PC use, reading etc. Highly recommend this outlet and staff.

Not very much specs choice.

me and my husband did have good service and paid a lot of money for three pairs of ray ban's one pair was sunglasses. after being told variable focus glasses would be the best for reading and close up work and would be the best way to go with the anti glare . they have took a bit of time at getting use to but much better now. until this week when i went to do some sewing and i had to put my "pound land " glasses on to thread the needle . after going into the shop today to find out why i have to put the cheap glasses on to thread a needle i was told that it because cheap glasses magnify the hole lens and variable glasses don't and to be honest the lady i talked to said that she would have to do the same . well i am a bit disappointed that i was not told before spending over £1,200 on glasses that i would probably have to use cheap ones to do any close up work like needle work .

Stocked well, good size never too busy

Mixed feelings about this gym some members of staff are exceptional and passionate about what they do others not do. I have done spinning for many years but find the classes here under some instructors dangerous, instructing moves that should never be performed on a spinning bike and also not teaching any technique means results will not be achieved. I find the changing rooms and some areas of the gym in disrepair and dirty/old/worn.

This is a good gym. Nice and clean everywhere. Friendly staff and are very helpful and always doing there job. It's a shame that the Nuffield broadway plaza gym is not the same standard as this Nuffield gym. I had a really bad experience at broadway plaza gym as my membership allows me to use it for free. I experienced that the broadway plaza gym is very dirty and old fashioned. Staff there have a really bad attitude. Can't believe Its owned by the same company. I am so glad this Nuffields gym is closer to me. Keep up the good work guys.

Everything you would expect. Not the biggest Boots, but you'll probably find what you need. Nice to have the BMI weight machine.

Not big store but handy if you shopping in the centre

Small pharmacy next to the doctor's, convenient and lovely staff, would be 5* if they sold cold drinks or bottled water as you can wait ages between the doctors and waiting on a prescription.

Been visiting here for quite a few years and it has improved over the past couple of years. A few friendly staff here though new American lady there is very rude & ignorant everytime I have visited the shop. Think she should go to a training centre to learn good customer skills. this has put me off going in there a lot

Always take my donations to this charity shop and use gift aid and quite often come out with a couple of bargains too.

Brilliant place for your loved one's, staff are very caring

I never thought my Father would settle into a care home, but he's done just that. I visit him twice a week, he always thanks me for ensuring that his medical needs and safety are met,, and I cannot thank the staff enough. He is extremely happy and content. He will be 100 years old next week and will celebrate in style
