Lovely room. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable of the local area. Highly recommended the Cantonese restaurant a few minutes walk away.
The place is spacious with plenty of seating, the food is excellent and the staff are superb and extremely helpful... Would definitely recommend...

Good location for our needs - just off the M5. Restaurant was good, nice food for meat eater and vegetarian. No a/c in the bedroom but window opened so not a problem at this time of year.
Very friendly staff. Especially Carol. So helpful and polite. And very clean hotel and room. Top quality. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

As premier Inn's go, this is nice. Rooms are big, lots of places around, certainly in the day. Car parking is very cheap and the food in the Beefeater is excellent. What makes this hotel great is the staff. Everyone at reception is friendly and helpful, especially the two in the evening. I'll come here again.
Nice hotel. Great value for money. Slightly annoying parking situation. Be aware that the car park payment system can be confusing. You can pay when you arrive or when you leave. Receipts aren't dispensed automatically (you have to opt to receive one when paying) and there is no ticket. There is a default message after you've paid saying "You have 10 minutes to leave the car park", regardless of whether you're paying in advance of your stay. Unfortunately I got caught out by that and paid twice (which it will allow you to do, despite the payment system using number plate recognition).

Went purely on the off chance. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and seated quickly. Quite busy, we thought for a wet Monday but we were served promptly and with much knowledge of the dishes by Megan and our chef was Elliot, whom we praised highly between mouthfuls. We will return! I visited the Victoria Inn with my walking group for the first time on Saturday 7th April. We had a very warm welcome. Plenty of choice on the menu, including vegetarian. Great food and great service. We hope to return very soon and will recommend to all our friends.

Pulled up for the first time and thought the building was lovely inside and out. Service was ok, and waited at the bar a while with no staff in sight. Food was fairly tasty, but felt it was overpriced on the whole, I had the smaller linguine which was served in the same pot my calamari starter was served in! Portion was frankly silly and for just shy of £10, which I wouldn't mind but was taken up with chunks of tomato in an already small space. I don't mind paying top dollar for good food but feel they're charging for the spot and building as opposed to the quality and size of meals. Would go back, but portions are very stingy.
Fabulous birthday evening spent tonight, first time visit but defo the first of many... Lovely atmosphere, very warm greetings from staff, served by Carlos who was extremely helpful throughout the evening, food was excellent (to die for literally), can't wait for another excuse to go back again.... ❤️❤️ 5🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 👍🏽👍🏽

Probably the best Premier Inn we've stayed at. Staff were really friendly and chatty, and they made a real effort to interact with the kids. It was a really hot day when we arrived and we were offered ice water and freeze pops. They'd left a large fan in the room, and also a treasure hunt for the kids. Once they found “Dinky the duck" they won prizes. Little things which people remember. Also nice that it's next to a small leisure park with cinema, bowling and restaurants to give you choices. Easy access from M5. Highly recommended.
Conveniently placed hotel, had a great stay. Always clean and staff very welcoming. Wouldn't recommend the food in restaurant, but it was only 10 steps away.
If you would like something truly different you might like to have a look at Airbnb. These are mostly B and Bs provided by people on a very informal basis. The may have a spare room, a yurt, a cottage or a barge with space they can receive guests for a night or a month! The website is highly professional. You can really see what you are going to get. Very well worth a look. Airbnb also show 'conventional' B&Bs as well. Enjoy!
