Doctors are lovely, I have never had an issue in all the years I’ve been going with either myself or my children. Receptionist are friendly enough and always look to be hard at work. My only issue is trying to get an appointment, took over 100 attempts by both me and my husband to manage to get an appointment for a chest infection. But then is this the doctor surgery’s fault? Or just the fact that people are trying to get an appointment that is not always necessary? I only go the doctors if I am desperate not just for a chat.
I only stay due to some of the doctors i.e dr rathod is a lovely lady and dr lawrence is very thourough. One doctor i cannot stand is dr pasher for terrible advice on numerous occasions. Most staff on phones are lovely its just a joke that you have to call at 8 bang on the dot...can be engaged up to like 15 mins before you get through i think my record has got to be between 250-300 calls before getting through! Then to be told theres no appointments not even emergancy "go katy rd or call back tomorrow" deffo in need of a new appointment system as you can never book ahead. Overall not a bad doctors but deffo in need of improving.
